NMRFAM Workshop Lodging Options

Best Western InnTowner Hotel

  • $92.00 for single/double occupancy per room, per night
  • Occupancy rates increase in increments of $10.00 for each additional guest in the room
  • Rates are subject to all applicable taxes. The tax rate is 14.5% inclusive of all taxes.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western InnTowner under the group name "NMRWORK." This hotel is located only ~1.2 miles away from the workshop location and on a bus route; in addition, the hotel's shuttle is available to take you to campus and back between 7:15 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. Rates include complimentary underground parking, free WIFI, free airport and campus shuttle, and a complimentary breakfast. NOTE: The InnTowner's airport shuttle operates only between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Dejope Residence Hall

  • $56.50/night per person for single occupancy or $34.00/night each per person for double occupancy
  • Online Reservation for Dejope Residence Hall (link will be available beginning Friday, February 17th)
  • Availability of room block ends Thursday, May 18, 2017 (11:59 PM CST).

We have reserved a block of rooms at Dejope Residence Hall, which is located only a few blocks from the workshop location, under the group name "NMRFAM". Amenities include free wireless/wired internet, digital/cable TV, and daily housekeeping. Parking is not included.
